FAQ’s
Since inception, just over 3 years ago, we have undertaken over 200 projects of varying sizes. Starting from a small Virtual Reality Suite through to a 500-bed hotel/ hostel project and everything in-between. We are agile and versatile in our approach to works.
When given short notice, which is common in our industry, we are almost always ready to start within a week or two. In the period before starting we will ensure we request all relevant items so that we can hit the ground running come design commencement.
DCC take pride in our industry knowledge and contacts therein. We will go over and above in a number of ways, to name a few:
- Be aware of manufacturer stock levels before specifying equipment.
- Ensure best possible pricing to benefit all stakeholders within the supply chain.
- Produce design stage reports to ensure efficient continuation throughout RIBA stages.
- Offering advice to our contractor clients during tender stage on Value Engineering proposals.
