Cara brings with her a wealth of experience, a fresh perspective, and an infectious enthusiasm that fits right into our company culture. With over 30 years of professional experience across hospitality, retail, project management, and business support, Cara is a seasoned multi-tasker who knows how to keep things running like clockwork — and with a smile.
Having recently stepped into the role, Cara is already making an impact with her natural flair for organisation, her ability to juggle competing priorities with grace, and her passion for creating a smooth, supportive office environment. She thrives on helping others get the most out of their day — a quality that’s incredibly valuable in our dynamic, fast-paced industry.
In her new position at DCC MEP Ltd, Cara will be the hub of our operations. From streamlining systems and supporting our growing team, to ensuring the day-to-day admin flows seamlessly, she’ll be playing a central role in helping the business continue to grow efficiently and successfully. Her keen eye for detail, proactive approach, and people-first attitude make her an ideal fit for our ambitious, solutions-focused company.
Cara’s background is as varied as it is impressive. She holds a degree in Public Relations and Management and has worked with a wide range of clients from across the globe. Most recently, she’s brought her talents to the construction and media industries, with a focus on operational support, team coordination, and client relationship management.
Outside of work, Cara is a woman of many passions. She loves travel, good food, wine, live music, and a good thrift shop find! She’s also a dedicated cat mum to two furry companions, and enjoys spending quality time with her husband exploring new places or cooking up something delicious in the kitchen.
