Sustainability was always at the forefront during our development of design, and we were required to attend workshops with our client as main contractor, to ensure these targets were achieved.

Prior to commencing design, we produced feasibility reports to assess the specified equipment on behalf of our client.

Detailed design then commenced, with us utilising the existing Revit Model to implement equipment across all 6 floors.

The project has now been given suitable status for equipment to be procured and works to start on site. We will share more updates as the project develops and can’t wait to watch it achieve the sustainability accolades targeted.
